Information we collect

When you use the contact form, Mimic, LLC receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, selected service, and project summary. The launch website does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate whether an engagement may be a fit, prepare requested follow-up, protect the website from abuse, and maintain appropriate business records.

Service providers

The website uses Amazon Web Services for hosting and transactional contact notifications. Google processes delivery to the temporary destination inbox. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential client data, penetration-testing targets, payment information, health information, or other sensitive material through the public form. We can arrange a more appropriate channel when needed.

Retention and requests

We retain an inquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it is moved into a separate engagement or legal-record schedule. Use the contact form for a privacy question or deletion request and select the closest service option.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the website’s data practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
